1. Photos & Videos

• • To add photos, use the Insert Photo button located ABOVE the Post Body box.
• • For videos, simply paste the YouTube link on its own line in the text area.

2. Cover Images (Thumbnails)

• If you post a video, the system pulls a thumbnail automatically.
• OVERRIDE: If you upload a Featured Image, it will always override the video’s image.

3. Saving & Editing

• Use Save Draft to save work you aren’t finished with.
• Access your unfinished or already approved articles in your Author Dashboard to edit them at any time.

4. Submitting & Security

• Once you click Submit, your article is “Pending Approval” by the team.

⚠️ LOGOUT: Always log out when finished! This clears your browser cache and keeps your account secure.
