Me Cooking? On a Budget?

I know, just breathe.

Want to start 2025 off right by saving money and eating healthy? (this is where you say yes)

I know, it sounds like an impossible dream, like flying cars or me finding pants that don’t involve an elastic waistband.

But trust me, if I can figure this out, so can you.

Here’s the Deal

I’m completely inept in the kitchen. I mean, I once burned boil-in-a-bag rice—and the instructions were right there on the box!

My microwave has seen more frozen burritos than fresh vegetables, and I’m convinced my stove thinks it’s part of the Witness Protection Program because I never use it.

The Result?

I’ve spent way too much money on takeout, and let’s just say my doctor refers to me as “a work in progress.”

But hey, it’s a new year, and 2025 is going to rock!

So, I’ve decided it’s time to change things up.

We’re talking about saving money, eating food that doesn’t come from a drive-thru, and maybe, just maybe, dropping a few pounds along the way.

The Best Part?

These recipes are easy, quick, and even a kitchen disaster like me can manage them.

Let’s roll up our sleeves (and maybe tie on an apron if you’re as messy as I am) and get cooking.

We’ve got this!
