Aric Almirola claimed his first-ever win at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with a commanding drive in the Joe Gibbs Racing No. 19 Toyota Supra, outpacing Connor Zilisch and Justin Allgaier to take the checkered flag.

In a race free of weather delays and packed with wheel-to-wheel action, Almirola swept the first two stages before holding off a hard-charging Zilisch on the backstretch in the closing laps. His Supra proved to be the class of the field, executing flawlessly across both short and long runs.

“I’m having so much fun—this is the time of my life,” Almirola said in Victory Lane. “Our car was really good, but the longer I ran, the tighter I got. On the final restart, I took off incredibly tight but was able to pass the 48 and chase down the 88, who looked pretty loose, which I was able to capitalize on.”

The win also keeps the playoff standings wide open. With no playoff driver yet locked into the Championship 4, the battle for the series title remains fierce as the postseason heads toward its climax.

Almirola’s triumph at Las Vegas marks not only a personal milestone but also a momentum shift for Joe Gibbs Racing as they continue to push for late-season dominance.
