WISE Las Vegas Celebrates Women of Inspiration

The evening highlighted the achievements of women who continue to break barriers and redefine leadership across industries that shape Las Vegas’ dynamic cultural landscape. Guests enjoyed inspiring stories from honorees whose careers reflect strength, innovation, and resilience. From executives leading major sports franchises to creative minds in entertainment and gaming, each speaker shared valuable insights on perseverance, mentorship, and the power of community. The event also featured live performances, elegant décor, and opportunities for meaningful networking, reinforcing WISE Las Vegas’ mission to connect and celebrate women who are driving progress in their fields.
Through events like Women of Inspiration, WISE Las Vegas continues to foster a platform where empowerment meets celebration. The organization remains committed to supporting the professional development of women in sports and events through education, mentorship, and collaboration. As the night concluded beneath the sparkle of “Winter Glam,” attendees left T-Mobile Arena inspired and energized, reminded that the future of leadership in Las Vegas is both fierce and fabulous.
“This year’s honorees show the bold spirit and graceful strength at the center of our ‘Winter Glam: Fierce & Frosted’ theme,” said Kandi Conda, President of WISE Las Vegas. “Their achievements inspire future generations of leaders and highlight how women are shaping our industries.”
This year’s distinguished honorees included:

- Ivette Fernandez, Woman of Inspiration Global Impact – VP, Government Relations, TKO (UFC, WWE, PBR)
- Stephanie Bruckner, Woman of Inspiration Connecting Gaming with Sports – Vice President, Global Portfolio Strategy, Light & Wonder
- Brette Sadler, Woman of Inspiration Legacy Award – Founder, WISE Las Vegas & Senior Director of Marketing, Jacksonville Jaguars

The evening came alive with electrifying performances by Alli Starr and DJ Kelly J, setting an energetic tone for the celebration. Jennifer “Jaybee” Beasley captivated the audience with a powerful rendition of the National Anthem and brought her signature charm to the red carpet as host. Emcee Sibley Scoles kept the energy high throughout the night, engaging the crowd with her charisma and enthusiasm. The event’s success was made possible through the generous support of sponsors, including MGM Resorts International, Athletics, and F1 Arcade, whose partnership helped amplify the celebration’s impact and message of empowerment.
Aligned with its mission to empower women in the business of sports and events, WISE Las Vegas continues to create opportunities for professional growth and education at every career stage. This year marked the launch of the DivHERsity Book Scholarship Fund, an initiative designed to support students pursuing careers in the industry by helping cover the cost of academic materials. The inaugural recipients, Ivana Hernandez and Aolani Pitts, were honored on stage and each awarded a $500 scholarship in recognition of their achievements. From inspiring stories to glamorous moments, the 2025 Women of Inspiration event embodied WISE Las Vegas’ ongoing commitment to celebrating and advancing women who are shaping the future of sports and entertainment.
